Empowering Women to Thrive Beyond Limits One Session at a Time

I’ve often been called “the ear”, the one people naturally open up to. Whether sitting in circles with friends, talking to family, or listening to strangers, I’ve spent years holding space for others to share their stories, secrets, and silent battles. What I didn’t know then was that these conversations were the seeds of my calling. They were shaping me into a coach long before I had a title.

For over 13 years, I worked in customer service, honing my skills in active listening and resourceful problem-solving. Before that, as a professional salon stylist, I learned the quiet power of presence. Clients would sit in my chair and share their raw, unfiltered life experiences, grief, resilience, joy, burnout from stress, and heartbreak. That space became sacred and taught me how to ask deeper, more compassionate questions without judgment.

Motherhood grew my capacity for unconditional love and tested my ability to be both soft and strong. Military life taught me to adapt, pivot, and grow through change. And my journey, from life in an orphanage, through the trauma of war, abandonment, trafficking, and ultimately adoption, taught me the true meaning of navigating life transitions while fostering emotional resilience.

At 14, I was adopted, finding stability after years of turmoil. Despite this, I faced challenges as the weight of past trauma and PTSD led to anxiety and burnout from stress. I discovered that while stress is a part of life, I could develop tools to manage it. My healing journey was not rushed; it involved therapy, coaching, creativity, faith, and the courage to keep moving forward. It demanded awareness, forgiveness, self-actualization, accountability, and, above all, a conscious choice of grace over chaos and fear.

For over 30 years, I’ve been doing internal work, reclaiming my voice, rebuilding my sense of worth, and reimagining my future. There was a time when I didn’t think I could ever feel joy, peace, or love again. The chaos of my past echoed louder than any hope I held for the future.

I began known as the “Queen of people pleasing." Saying yes to everyone and anyone. Unable to set personal boundaries, which led to overworking myself to burnout. The constant stress of life overwhelms me.

With practical tools, from therapy, coaching, self-discovery, and choosing to “Do my Work” Using intentional small micro action steps, I was able to develop processes that help me go from surviving to THRIVING BEYOND the pain from childhood abuse, scars from war, and built sustainable tools for relieving life's stressors. I am not perfect, I have made progress, and I strive to stay on the side of success.

Through coaching, I found tools and strategies that helped me rise, one empowered session at a time. I stopped feeling stuck and began creating a life built on clarity, courage, and healing.
